As a Junior Lead Management Manager (m/f/x), you will play a pivotal role in driving premium leads, customer acquisition and revenue with operational excellence. Reporting to Head of Lead management, you will collaborate with a cross-functional team including but not limited to product, tech, sales to expand more lead acquisition channels, qualify the leads and make the customized lead routing mechanism, ultimately, drive the lead number and converted customers. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work in an inspiring environment in Hamburg or Paris with the flexibility to balance in-office and remote work.

Shape the future of B2B with us

  • Data enrichment
    Based on the existing customer data pool, acquire the new user information via data purchase or data crawling, completing more diverse user profile, and finally raise the quality of the sales public pool, which ultimately contribute to leads scoring model and generate the incremental leads and customers
  • Mangement of affiliate: 
    Develop and manage the potential affiliate partners via paid, resource exchange, etc, based on which acquire qualified lead source. With the help from the lead nurturing team, upgrade the attributes of the potential customers from awareness and the life cycle bottom funnel and dispatch the matured leads to sales team
  • Data crawling: 
    Collaborate with tech team, leverage the expertise and automate processing tool to crawl the qualified leads from the relevant industrial websites, which includes B2B platform, vertical e-commerce platform, online yellow pages, etc, which contributes the massive growth of leads
  • Lead routine: 
    Based on the different feature and phase of development, make the tailor made lead routine strategy, in order to maintain a smooth and highly efficient lead dispatch mechanism, which will drive the growth of treatment rate and conversion rate, ultimately the incremental leads and customers 
  • Communication: 
    Frequently communicate with the global sales team, collect the requirement and the feedback of the lead development and management, based on which, make the relevant solution to solve with the help from the external stakeholders, especially with product, tech, data, business application team

This is how you can impress us

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Data Analytics, Engineering or related fields
  • Had the working experience of working student or intern and show proven records on driving good performance record in the field of data enrichment, lead routine and data crawling
  • Good knowledge in SQL, Python, and Knime is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Excellent analytical skills, and good communication as well as an outgoing personality for the stakeholder Management
  • Experience in data management, preferably an understanding of sales and marketing in a B2B context. Understanding the subtleties of sales funnels and lead-generation processes will enable you to contribute effectively to our team
  • Familiarity with process automation tools and CRM platforms, such as HubSpot and SugarCRM, is advantageous. Experience in streamlining workflows and utilizing CRM systems will help to optimize operational work efficiently
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal)
