- You take on the disciplinary and technical leadership of our QA department and act as a mentor to foster, develop, and motivate employees.
- You are responsible for maintaining and continuously improving quality assurance while keeping an eye on new trends. To achieve this, you standardize and enhance both internal and cross-departmental quality assurance processes by applying industry-standard best practices, tools, and technologies.
- Together with your team, you ensure product quality throughout the entire SDLC. You are responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing, and monitoring the entire quality assurance process.
- You act as the primary contact for planning cross-team projects and establish and lead corresponding test strategies and plans in collaboration with Product and Tech to ensure project success.
- Your responsibilities include defining and monitoring quality objectives as well as determining key performance indicators to evaluate both the QA department’s performance and product quality.
- With your data-driven mindset, you assess the current quality of cross-functional team features by analyzing data and collaborating with our data team.

This is how you can impress us
- You have a degree in computer science or a natural science, as well as several years of professional experience in quality management (at least 5–7 years).
- You have several years of leadership experience with different teams (at least 3 years) and the ability to motivate employees while working hands-on with them to drive progress.
- You have practical experience in both manual and automated testing (functional and non-functional) and are familiar with various tools and processes that support you in this.
- With your comprehensive knowledge of quality assurance methods and your proactive, structured approach, you identify weaknesses transparently and act as a driving force for further development in quality assurance.
- You stand out for your ability to independently understand complex relationships in software solutions and can take on the planning, implementation, execution, and management of QA projects based on that understanding.
- You have strong communication skills and assertiveness and possess excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
- An analytical, critical, and process-oriented mindset, combined with goal orientation and strong time management skills, sets you apart.
- You are familiar with agile and hybrid working methods.
