Growth & Lead Management Expert – DACH Region (m/f/x)

As part of the Lead Management Team your primary focus is to develop and deliver an effective lead management and generation program for Visable. The focus is driving marketing qualified leads into direct and indirect sales pipelines. This includes the setup of automatic Lead Management flows as well as the acquisition of leads from external suppliers, and the coordination of lead nurturing. The Growth & Lead Management Expert – DACH Region (m/f/x) is in a key position to support the dynamic sales force, contributing to the sustained overall growth of the company.

  • Lead Management & Strategy: Create and maintain lead estimation planning (2024-2026); develop roadmaps and action plans for lead generation.
  • KPI Development & Monitoring: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and achieve KPIs; regularly review and adjust lead management plans based on market trends and sales performance.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders in the DACH region; gather sales-related requirements; provide weekly and monthly lead performance analyses; optimize sales metrics.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect and analyze data from various sources; create and present monthly, quarterly, and annual reports; provide recommendations to enhance lead generation efficiency.
  • Campaign Management: Efficiently manage and optimize Paid Leads campaigns; adjust lead qualification criteria; collaborate with acquisition teams to improve lead distribution.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Supervise a student team for Paid Leads qualification; establish KPIs and provide training and support; manage a full-time team member, including performance evaluation and feedback.

This is how you can impress us

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Data Analytics, Engineering or related field
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Excellent communication as well as an outgoing personality for the stakeholder Management
  • Familiarity with process automation tools and CRM platforms, such as HubSpot and SugarCRM, is advantageous. Experience in streamlining workflows and utilizing CRM systems will help to optimize operational work efficiently.
  • Experience in data management, preferably an understanding of sales and marketing in a B2B context. Understanding the subtleties of sales funnels and lead-generation processes will enable you to contribute effectively to our team.
  • Fluent in both English and German (written and verbal)
