- Independently develop and optimize scalable and high-performance backend architectures for our Business Applications
- Implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and integrations with third-party systems
- Ensure code quality through unit and integration tests, code reviews, and best practices
- Performance tuning, database query optimization, and system architecture improvements
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other developers to efficiently implement new features
- Take ownership of the entire development lifecycle: from requirement analysis to implementation, deployment, and monitoring

This is how you can impress us
- Several years of experience in backend development with Java (from version 11)
- Strong independence and problem-solving skills, demonstrated through outstanding project examples
- Solid knowledge of Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs, and microservices architectures
- Experience with databases (SQL & NoSQL, e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB) Proficiency in container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, etc.)
- Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Proficiency with version control (Git) and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure etc.)
- Very good knowledge of English is required, very good knowledge of German is an advantage
