Shape the future of B2B with us
- Work with the Head of Supplier Content and Data Management, leading your Category Structure team and collaborating with colleagues to improve and maintain the Visable taxonomy
- Provide strong leadership to a growing team in attaining its objectives and main goals: creating and maintaining a consistent, multi-language, b2b-focused Category structure
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learnings within your team and transfer the findings to the entire company; clarify the relevance of the category structure and generate understanding for the topic within the company
- Offer constructive feedback to support your team's development, while promoting skill development and career growth

This is how you can impress us
- Ideally, you have successfully completed your studies in computer science, linguistics, journalism, humanities, information management or library management or have a comparable qualification
- Have at least 1 year of experience managing or leading a team
- Ideally you have several years of experience in the management of taxonomies and metadata models, operational expertise in the design of category systems
- Strive to excellence both work result wise and as a people manager
- Maintain high standards, focusing on quality, reliability, and availability
- Make thoughtful trade-offs between short-term business needs and long-term quality
- You are a native speaker of German and have a good command of written and spoken English. Other language skills of any kind are an advantage (in particular: French, Spanish, Italian)
