As a key member of the lead management team, your mission is to provide qualified lead sources to the sales team, enabling them to convert leads into customers and drive revenue across the German-speaking markets (Germany, Switzerland, Austria). This role encompasses the entire customer lifecycle, including lead acquisition, nurturing, scoring, and routing.

1. Lead Management & Regional Growth
- Develop and execute lead generation plans, including tracking metrics and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and implement strategies to exceed them.
- Regularly review and adjust plans based on market trends and sales performance.
- Contribute to customer and revenue growth across the DACH region.
- Act as the primary contact for DACH sales stakeholders.
- Deliver weekly and monthly lead performance analyses.
- Share upcoming initiatives and provide strategic insights.
- Challenge and optimize sales conversion rates and related metrics.
- Collaborate with sales leaders to design efficient lead routing mechanisms, tailored to sales capacity and lead value.
- Manage lead dispatch, incentives, redispatch, and private sales pools to maximize conversion rates.
- Analyze B2B industry trends and competitor insights in the DACH region to identify growth opportunities.
- Create and present regular reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) on lead performance and market trends.
- Continuously evaluate and refine lead generation strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Identify and maintain partnerships with external lead providers to ensure a steady volume of quality leads.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of external lead sources.
- Growth in customer base and revenue for the DACH region.
- Improvement in lead conversion rates and sales performance.
- Successful implementation of lead routing and optimization strategies.

This is how you can impress us
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in lead management, with a proven track record of success.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities paired with an outgoing personality to manage and engage with stakeholders effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with process automation tools and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, SugarCRM) is a plus. Experience in optimizing workflows and utilizing CRM systems to enhance efficiency is highly valued.
- Data Management Expertise: Strong skills in data management with a solid understanding of B2B sales and marketing, including sales funnels and lead generation processes.
- Language Skills: Fluency in both German and English (written and verbal) is mandatory. Proficiency in German is essential for effective collaboration with stakeholders and customers in the DACH region.
